Per the Country Club's request, we must have a final count of attendees by February 13. Please be aware that we will be unable to reserve a meal for you until we have received your payment.

This year we are continuing with our electronic Banquet sign-up. You will first be directed to a meal request form where you will identify the attendee(s) and indicate your meal selections(s). This form will be submitted to us via email. You will then be directed to our web store, where you can add your meal selection(s) to your cart and then make payment using PayPal, Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. Click Here
